Shinwood project is realized by the Georgian-American company Rectus Development LLC. The project is fully financed with own capital without a bank loan. In 2017-2021, Rectus Development together with the company G&G Invest successfully implemented the project “Your house near Kikvidze Park”. The mentioned project includes a residential area located on Tornike Eristavi Street in Tbilisi consisting 7 residential buildings and 414 apartments.
