Shinwood is a 35-hectare area hidden in the forest, located 23 km from Tbilisi, near the village of Saguramo. Shinwood is located at 820-870 meters above sea level. The average temperature is 3C – 4C lower comparing to Tbilisi. Shinwood offers panoramic views of the forest and the Caucasus mountains.

Landowners in Shinwood will receive house design project developed by the company as a present. In case if landowner develops the project himself, it must be agreed with Shinwood Architects. The company helps the landowners in the project agreement process at the Dusheti Municipality City Hall.
